WeHub was born from the rebranding of BGG, a group of insurance agencies based in Como and part of the Zurich ecosystem.
Three divisions (insurance, finance, and rental), one single soul: a consulting approach that puts the value of the person at the center, not the sale. This was the starting point that guided us during the Sprint Week at the agency, a co-creation process alongside the client, in which we redefined positioning, language, and the company structure.
The result? A new brand, a new identity: WeHub, under whose umbrella the Insurance, Finance, and Rent divisions branch out, aligned in vision, yet with distinct tones of voice and payoffs.
The naming WeHub expresses a sense of community and belonging. “We” as a network of agencies united around a shared mission, “Hub” as a place of protection, a point of reference where insurance, financial, and rental decisions stop being a leap into the unknown.
This led to the creation of a consulting system where the client is guided through clarity, education, and responsibility, a philosophy amplified by an educational storytelling approach in which the consumer experience is central.
The sprout becomes the visual metaphor of this promise: only when value is truly listened to and nurtured can it branch out into endless possibilities.
